Remote Service - A pure ASP business model in which the Client Company performs all service related functions for policy underwriting, policy issuance, claims and customer service, but licenses NFS software to manage their business. In this model, statistical and financial reporting is managed by NFS.
Semi-Remote Service - A blend of ASP and BPO business models in which the Client Company performs certain aspects of the business and NFS others (e.g. the Client Company is responsible for Claims Management while NFS manages the Policy Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Customer Service and NFIP Reporting.)
Full Service - A pure BPO business model in which the Client Company cedes all business processes, except agent recruitment, to NFS. This service option is by far the most common in the WYO Flood Insurance Community. NFS administers all aspects of the WYO Program for Full Service clients. We work directly with your agents and conduct the processing of flood insurance in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the NFIP. Full service Client Companies enjoy as much, or as little, involvement in the day-to-day operations and processes of flood insurance as they elect. Most Client Companies limit their involvement to the act of agency recruitment then turn the relationship over to NFS for insurance policy training, website training, support and day-to-day interactions.
